Description:

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include implementing the outage plan appropriate for the plant condition and initiating event resolution. Organizing meetings to select outage work scopes, funding sources and determine responsibilities for implementation. Developing, monitoring and updating outage schedules. Developing work lists for outages. Monitoring progress of pre-outage milestones and work accomplished during outages. Identifying problems associated with outage work and developing solutions. Critiquing outage performances. Development and maintenance of the a lessons learned program. Issuing various reports including daily reports, daily schedules, and outage summaries. Scheduling emergent work per risk assessment. Ensure cycle modification work will not effect pre-outage preparations.
Requirements:
10 years in a nuclear power plant with experience during 6-8 outages and at least 2 outages on an outage management team. SRO license or SRO certification on a PWR or BWR. Proven management skills along with technical knowledge of plant and system operations a plus.
